Embermake guarantees that any information you provide to us during the design process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not share your sensitive information or project details with any third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.

  5. Payment Terms: We operate on a project-based pricing model. Upon agreement of the project scope and pricing, we require a deposit before commencing work. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon project completion or as outlined in the agreed-upon payment schedule. We accept various payment methods including cheque, cash, and electronic bank transfers.

  6. Revisions and Modifications: We strive to provide designs that meet your expectations. During the design process, we offer a specific number of revision rounds to ensure that the final product aligns with your vision. Any additional revisions or major modifications beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you in advance.

  7. Project Timeline: The duration of each project varies based on its complexity and scope. Upon project initiation, we will provide you with an estimated timeline for completion. We strive to deliver your project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, certain factors beyond our control, such as delays in feedback or technical challenges, may impact the timeline. We will communicate any significant changes promptly.

  8. Cancellation and Refunds: If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project and the work completed, applicable cancellation fees may apply. We do not offer refunds for work already completed or services rendered. All cancellation and refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
